All elements of the website (texts, visuals, logos, icons, videos and software) are the property of Akeros or are used with permission. ISI® is a registered trademark of Akeros. Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Client and partner logos, as well as the Mazak Optonics video and the Lucas Smart Tower System line visual shown on the Case studies page, remain the property of their respective owners. Some photographs come from the Pexels and Unsplash image libraries and are used in accordance with their licences.
5. Liability and links
Akeros endeavours to provide accurate and current information but cannot guarantee that it is free from errors or omissions. Published information is provided for guidance only and may change. The website contains links to external websites, whose content Akeros does not control and for which it accepts no responsibility.
6. Personal data
The website's two forms, for contact and for requesting the presentation video, send the information entered to the Akeros server, which forwards it to the relevant contacts through the company's Microsoft 365 service. This information (surname, first name, email, company, job title and, for contact requests, subject and description of the need) is used by Akeros, as data controller, to respond to the request, send the requested video and follow up on the relationship. It is kept in the recipients' business mailboxes for as long as this follow-up requires and is neither transferred nor sold. The IP address is processed temporarily to limit abusive submissions and is not stored long term by the website.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@akeros.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
7. Cookies and external services
Audience measurement is provided by Umami, a tool that Akeros hosts on its own servers, which sets no cookies and collects no data that could identify a visitor. The font is served from the website itself, without calling on any external service.
The Case studies page embeds a video hosted by YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com domain), which starts automatically when the section comes into view. YouTube, a Google service, then receives technical connection data, including the IP address, in accordance with its own privacy policy.
